Hudsonville Winery Celebrates One Year!

I had the opportunity to check out the Hudsonville Winery for the first time today, and it was a great experience. They are celebrating their one year anniversary this weekend with snacks, local art, and wine tastings, all in a friendly atmosphere. I met one of the three owners, Steve, who explained where they get certain grapes, and told us a bit about how the winery originated.

They had a selection of roughly 25 different wines ranging from a wide variety of fruity tastings like pomegranate, acai, and green apple to classic favorites like riesling, merlot, and chardonnay. While their wines are not currently sold in stores, they do have a fully stocked tasting room open Monday through Saturday. Bottles range from $8-$12.

We were told that people are coming all the way from Chicago to try their wines. With Hudsonville right in your backyard, you’ll definitely want to give it a try.
