We could never decide where to go for dinner, but always wanted to try someplace new. Because we weren’t familiar with many local restaurants we would commonly stick with safe chains. One day in our search for food we decided we were going to eat at the third restaurant on the left no matter what that restaurant was. This had become our method of trying new places for a few years but after while we slipped back into our safe haven of chain food. After stopping by local restaurants like Taco Bob’s, where the owner is working behind the counter and enjoys going to work everyday, we realized it’s not just the food that makes a restaurant, but also the people and how they interact with us as consumers.
